Custom Gazebos Warranty Policy

At Custom Gazebos, we want you to feel confident when purchasing a gazebo for your business, school, club, market stall or event. Our products are designed for normal event and promotional use, and we stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies to gazebos purchased directly from Custom Gazebos or through our authorised agents. It covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship when the gazebo is used, installed, maintained and stored correctly.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects that may affect the normal use of your gazebo.

Gazebo Frame	Covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Polyester Canopy / Fabric	Covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, Custom Gazebos will replace the affected part or product, depending on the nature of the issue.

Warranty Conditions

To keep the warranty valid, the gazebo must be used for normal event, market, promotional or display purposes. It must also be installed, secured, maintained and stored correctly.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any modification, alteration, unauthorised repair, or use of non-original parts may void the warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, poor anchoring, improper storage, accidents or deliberate damage.

It also does not cover normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, marks, fading, cosmetic changes or other changes that do not affect the normal performance of the gazebo.

Gazebos should always be used with care in outdoor conditions. Damage caused by strong wind, severe weather, unsuitable ground conditions or failure to secure the gazebo correctly is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care will help extend the life of your gazebo and reduce the risk of damage.

• Always set up the gazebo on a stable and suitable surface.
• Secure the gazebo correctly with suitable weights, pegs, ropes or other anchoring methods.
• Do not leave the gazebo unattended in strong wind or severe weather.
• Clean and dry the canopy and frame before storing.
• Store the gazebo indoors in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Check the frame, canopy, walls and accessories regularly for any signs of damage.

Insurance Recommendation

We recommend arranging suitable private insurance for your gazebo and related equipment, especially if it is used regularly at events, markets, schools, sports clubs or outdoor locations.

Insurance may help protect against loss, theft, accidental damage, storm damage or other issues that are outside the scope of this manufacturing warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your gazebo has a manufacturing fault, please contact Custom Gazebos with your order number, purchase date and a clear description of the issue.

Please also provide clear photos or video showing the problem. In some cases, we may need to inspect the product or request additional information before confirming the warranty outcome.

After the assessment is complete, we will advise whether the issue is covered under warranty and, where applicable, arrange repair or replacement of the affected part or product.
